The authenticity of the so-called Leila De Lima Video scandal is in question when the Philippine Daily Inquirer said that it had done an independent review of the tape, and that it showed that the clip had been taken from a p0rn site and featured another woman, not the senator.
On Wednesday, President Rodrigo Duterte stood by his statement that the woman he saw in a sex video with her alleged lover was Senator Leila de Lima.
