Globe Telecom promised to give its subscribers a free six months trial of Netflix but it failed to deliver the said freebie. Globe Telecom's Facebook ad of the same is swamped with so many tales of a promise not fulfilled for months on end.
I too have a similar experience with the frustrations given by Globe Telecom in the promise of a free six month subscription of Netflix. I have called numerous times in the Globe Telecom hotline of 730-1000, wherein the customer service representatives would promise to resolve the matter and assure me that within 48 hours the Netflix activation email will be sent to the registered email address.

But 48 hours would pass and no email from Globe Telecom will arrive. It has been going on for 4-5 months now with constant follow-ups on their hotline and several service reference numbers opened then closed by the agent without resolving the matter. No accountability at all with these practice.
And to add insult to injury, Globe Telecom would advertise the service with the said promo of free Netfllix, like above, even if there is a problem in delivering the same to so many subscribers, as evidenced by the numerous complaints in the said ad's comments section.
