Roxanne Guinoo has been chosen to be the leading lady of Willie Revillame in the Octo Arts produced film, Mr. Housewife, starring Willie Revillame in the title role.
In fact, shooting has already started June 17. The original choices for the role that went to Roxanne was Cristine Reyes and Kristine Hermosa. Mr. Housewife was originally intended to star Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo but was shelved temporarily after Juday and Ryan chose to do the sequel to their hit Star Cinema movie.
Mr. Housewife is all about a househusband forced to be such after his wife went abroad to work. Mr. Housewife is directed by Willie's close friend and former actor/singer/TV host, Randy Santiago.
Roxanne Guinoo currently stars in the afternoon soap, Ligaw na Bulaklak, which airs right after Wowowee, Willie Revillame's show.
