Leftist Group Post Wanted Pic of Police in US Embassy riot

The leftist group Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU) posted on it's FB page a "Wanted" sign with a photo of PO3 Franklin Kho, the Manila policeman said to be behind the wheel in the now infamous US Embassy riot yesterday.

The general public is torn between who is really to blame for the riot.
