China and North Korea flags

Jaybee Sebastian said that the supply of shabu that was allegedly dealt by drug lords from inside the New Bilibid Prison came from China and North Korea.

Jaybee Sebastian said there was no shabu manufacturing laboratory inside the NBP.

“China and North Korea,” Jaybee Sebastian said when Surigao del Norte Rep. Robert Ace Barbers asked where the supply of methamphethamine hydrochloride came from.

At another point in the inquiry, he reiterated that North Korea is one of the two big sources of illegal drugs in the Philippines, aside from China. When pressed about North Korea, he said he cannot divulge the details on national television, but is willing to spill it behind the cameras.

Jaybee Sebastian identified his source of shabu as fellow inmate Peter Co.

President Duterte once said that the reason why the big drug lords are not being killed instead of the small-time peddlers as the big drug lords are located overseas, particularly in China.

Despite this, President Duterte wants to be close with China and ditch the century long friendly relations with the United States of America who is it's Mutual Defense Treaty ally.

China has offered to help in putting up drug rehabilitation centers loan to the Philippines.

China and North Korea are hardline communist countries with a long history of serious human rights violations.
