Ervic Vijandre has been accused of beating up a stranger without provocation in Pasay City last Friday night, February 26, 2016.
The GMA hunk actor was detained at the Pasay Police headquarters overnight.
The accuser and alleged victim, Genesis Aniag, 26, claimed that Ervic Vijandre allegedly attacked him without provocation while he was supposed to meet a friend at the Salem Complex.
Ervic Vijandre only allegedly stopped mauling him when security guards checked to see what was the commotion. Ervic also allegedly tried to flee from the scene on board his vehicle, but security guards barred him from leaving and called the police.
Ervic Vijandre unsuccessfully run for city Councilor of Taguig City in the 2013 elections. He first gained fame when it was revealed that he was the first boyfriend of Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera (and his sexy photos appeared in my previous blog!).
