JC Santos is not really gay in real-life. He has a girlfriend, theater actress Joan Kristin “Teetin” Villanueva.
“Kasama ko siya sa theater, She was my leading lady,” he said in an interview with the entertainment website Pep. “Ano kami noon, backstage romance.”
JC Santos and Teetin Villanueva have been dating for three years.
