New Sex And The City Film In the Works

The first Sex And The City movie became the top-opening R-rated romantic comedy of all time raking in a US$55M 3-day gross. The success of the film is of course solely from the popularity of the HBO series Sex And The City and the character Carrie Bradshaw played by Sarah Jessica Parker. Carrie Bradshaw has been described as someone who "lives for fashion," and has confessed to buying Vogue instead of dinner! Indeed, Sex and the City is not just about women's relationships with their men but also with their favorite past time, Shopping. In this case, Carrie Bradshaw despite living on a writer's salary enjoys the high society life donning Manolo Blahnik, Gucci and Mikimoto Pearls to accentuate her fabulous outfits. Last year, Kim Catrall announced that they indeed are going to get together again for a second Sex And The City movie, but you know when these ladies get together drama ensues, that an actual movie is not yet final until they really start filming.
